Please do note, however, that the majority of the Grand Cayman villa rental properties have a de-bar system on the phones which permits only local calls and collect international calls. To make an overseas call from a Grand Cayman villa rental, it is necessary to use one of these services: US dial AT & T, MCI, Spring, 1-800-CALL USA or call 1-800-744-2000 to bill to your credit card.
